the location proved convenient as it was a short walk from the terminal after arriving by train. the included breakfast offered good value, which i greatly appreciated. it made the mornings easier before heading out to explore.
the air conditioning was not in operation . the room felt very warm. the wifi signal was unfortunately quite weak, often disconnecting, made working on my computer difficult.

The location is really great. i was close to the train and bus stations, just what i wanted. the staff was friendly and helpful, assisting with luggage. It was useful.
the front desk check-in person seemed rude. i informed the hotel about a scheduling change a month prior. upon arrival, they claimed i was a no-show, causing aggravation.

the staff were indeed lovely and helpful! the rooms were clean with everything i needed. beds were made up every day. proximity to the train station meant no long suitcase hauls. a quick walk over the bridge secured it!
the wifi signal was unfortunately weak in the room. this hampered planning my day's itinerary from the comfort of my room. reliable internet access is vital for travel planning.
